How to work with this.

Several shapes of engagement are available, depending on what a counterparty is trying to do.

Option A

Consulting

Defined-scope work with an internal team to review architecture and decision-making. Day rate or fixed fee.

Option B

Know-how

Access, under agreement, to the schema library, codebase and architectural specifications, with implementation support.

Option C

Pilot

A time-limited structure to validate the approach on a counterparty's own content, with editorial review of every output.

Option D

Advisory

A longer-term retained arrangement, with scope agreed at the start. Appropriate where continuity is needed.
